TRAIL RUNNING TRAININGS

Trail running is defined, simply, as the practice of running on foot in the middle of nature. It is a sport that is practiced off-piste. In addition, it is very complete and, without a doubt, requires good legs, but also a good upper body. Finally, it requires concentration and prudence.
